Whether it’s a quiet dinner for two in a candlelit salon or a celebration with fifty of your closest, the manor and its grounds offer a setting you simply can’t find anywhere else.

THE MANOR RESTAURANT

Silverklippan

Silverklippan is the heart of dining at Mauritzberg — a collection of historic rooms within the manor house, each with its own character. Breakfast is served in the Silversalongen, where morning light fills the North Wing. By evening, the manor transforms — candlelit dinners in Jägarsalen, cocktails in Bar Lilla Grå, and seasonal tasting menus built around what the coast and countryside provide.

Non-overnight guests are welcome — advance booking is required.

AT THE GOLF CLUBHOUSE

Ebba Grips Bistro

Casual, relaxed, and open to everyone — Ebba Grips Bistro sits inside the golf course clubhouse with 70 seats indoors and 40 on the terrace overlooking the fairways. Open daily during the summer season, the Bistro serves a changing lunch menu, fresh sandwiches, Swedish pastries, and cold drinks. Fully licensed. No tee time required.

Whether you’re finishing a round, exploring Vikbolandet, or simply looking for the best terrace lunch on the coast — this is the place.

Seasonal menus — We work with local, seasonal ingredients. Menus and prices may change accordingly.

Celebrations capacity — Seated dinner up to 52 guests. Standing reception up to 80. Chapel ceremony up to 77.
